目的:探讨“无缝隙”护理管理组织模式对病区优质护理质量控制的有效性。方法:护理部明确规定病区护士长休息不在岗时,指定在班护士为负责人暂时履行护士长职责,进行日常护理管理工作,控制安全,形成病区从时间段而言的护理管理组织“无缝隙”化。通过对比实行“无缝隙”护理管理组织前后6个月的护理质量管理指标,即将护理质量检查、住院病人满意度调查、医生对护理工作的满意度调查、护理不良事件、护士对自我工作的满意度调查方面列表比较。结果:实行“无缝隙”管理组织模式,病区日常护理工作在负责人的监管下仍持续、有序进行,一改过去护士长不在岗位时的混乱局面,有效提高了优质护理服务质量。结论:“无缝隙”护理管理组织有效保证了病区护士管理、病人管理、护理工作的无缝隙性,对提高优质护理质量、护士核心能力的培养及自我对工作的满意度具有重要促进效能和积极作用,同时有利于护理管理梯队的建设与培养。

목적:탐토“무봉극”호리관리조직모식대병구우질호리질량공제적유효성。방법:호리부명학규정병구호사장휴식불재강시,지정재반호사위부책인잠시리행호사장직책,진행일상호리관리공작,공제안전,형성병구종시간단이언적호리관리조직“무봉극”화。통과대비실행“무봉극”호리관리조직전후6개월적호리질량관리지표,즉장호리질량검사、주원병인만의도조사、의생대호리공작적만의도조사、호리불량사건、호사대자아공작적만의도조사방면렬표비교。결과:실행“무봉극”관리조직모식,병구일상호리공작재부책인적감관하잉지속、유서진행,일개과거호사장불재강위시적혼란국면,유효제고료우질호리복무질량。결론:“무봉극”호리관리조직유효보증료병구호사관리、병인관리、호리공작적무봉극성,대제고우질호리질량、호사핵심능력적배양급자아대공작적만의도구유중요촉진효능화적겁작용,동시유리우호리관리제대적건설여배양。
Objective:To explore"seamless"nursing management mode on the validity of the ward nursing quality control .Methods:The nursing department stipulates the head nurse is not on duty , specified responsible nurse to temporarily perform the duties of head nur-ses at work , to manage daily nursing work and control security , forming"seamless"nursing management of wards from the time of speak-ing.Implemented the "seamless"nursing management before and after 6 months of nursing quality management indicators by comparison , that is the nursing quality examination , inpatient satisfaction survey , doctors satisfaction survey in nursing , nursing adverse events , and the nurse satisfaction on self work survey in the list .Results:Implementing the "seamless"management mode , The nurse daily work still continued in an orderly manner under the supervision of the responsible person , changed the position of chaos in the past when the head nurse was not in , effectively improved the quality of nursing service .Conclusion:"Seamless"nursing management effectively guarantee the ward nursing management , patient management , seamless nursing work , having an important and positive role in improving the quality of high quality nursing care , the cultivation of core competence of nurses and self job satisfaction ,making for the construction and cultiva-tion of nursing management echelon at the same time .
