目的：比较分析多索茶碱与氨茶碱对于小儿重度支气管哮喘的临床治疗效果。方法选择我院收治的该类患儿作为研究对象，并分组进行治疗。在予以常规治疗的同时，观察组患儿使用多索茶碱，对照组则使用氨茶碱。均在进行3d治疗后对具体效果及不良反应进行比较分析。结果通过3d治疗后，在疗效方面，观察组明显优于对照组；在不良反应发生率方面，观察组则显著与低于对照组。差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对于治疗小儿重度支气管哮喘，可以采用多索茶碱。该药针对该病具有良好的疗效，安全可靠，患者预后好，值得推广应用。

Objective Comparative analysis Doxofylline aminophylline for asthma in children with severe clinical effect.
