目的：分析人文关怀护理对肺结核合并咯血患者的影响。方法此次临床研究主要以我院在2012年1月至2013年1月收治的70例肺结核合并咯血患者为研究对象，采用随机分配的原则，将所有患者分成对照组和实验组，每个组别各35例。对照组患者在临床上主要常规护理进行干预，实验组主要采用人文关怀护理进行干预。对两组患者的临床护理效果进行观察和比较。结果经临床研究结果显示，实验组的咯血持续时间明显低于对照组，满意度明显高于对照组，咯血频率增加例数明显低于对照组，差异存在统计学意义，P＜0.05。结论经临床研究结果显示，采用人文关怀护理对肺结核合并咯血患者进行临床干预，效果显著，具有较高的临床应用价值，值得推广和普及。

Objective To analyze the influence of humanistic care nursing in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis hemoptysis. Methods The clinical study mainly in our hospital in January 2012 to January 2012 were treated 70 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis hemoptysis patients as the research object, based on the principle of random distribution, all the patients were divided into control group and experimental group, each group of 35 cases. Results Through clinical research, according to the results of the experimental group of haemoptysis duration significantly lower than the control group, satisfaction is significantly higher than the control group, increased frequency of haemoptysis were obviously lower than the control group, the difference is statistically significant, P<0.05. Conclusion Through clinical research results show that, using the humanistic care nursing clinical intervention in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis hemoptysis, obvious effect, has high clinical value, worthy of promotion and popularization.
