目的：研究分析脓毒血症的患者采用连续肾脏替代治疗的临床疗效。方法选取在我院治疗的86例脓毒血症患者作为本研究的对象，这86例患者均采用连续肾脏替代治疗，观察患者治疗前后的生命体征。结果治疗后患者的生命体征明显优于治疗前患者的生命体征，即治疗后患者的体温、心率、呼吸均显著的下降，平均动脉压显著的增加，在统计学上有意义（P＜0.05）。结论脓毒血症的患者采用连续肾脏替代治疗，临床效果较显著，使患者的生存率得到有效的提高，在临床上值得更深入的研究分析。
목적：연구분석농독혈증적환자채용련속신장체대치료적림상료효。방법선취재아원치료적86례농독혈증환자작위본연구적대상，저86례환자균채용련속신장체대치료，관찰환자치료전후적생명체정。결과치료후환자적생명체정명현우우치료전환자적생명체정，즉치료후환자적체온、심솔、호흡균현저적하강，평균동맥압현저적증가，재통계학상유의의（P＜0.05）。결론농독혈증적환자채용련속신장체대치료，림상효과교현저，사환자적생존솔득도유효적제고，재림상상치득경심입적연구분석。
Objective To analyze and study the clincial efficacy of continuous renal replacement therapy (RRT)in septicopyemia. Methods 86 patients with septicopyemia treated in our hospital were selected as the study objects,continuous RRT was adopted in these patients,vital signs of patients before and after treatment was observed. Results After treatment, the vital signs of patients were significantly better than that before treatment, that was animal heat,heart rate, respiration decreased significantly, average arterial pressure increased significantly, it was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical efficacy of applying continuous RRT in speticopyemia is obvious,which can improve the survival rate of patients,it deserves further study and analysis in clinic.
