目的：建立醒脑静注射液中细菌内毒素含量测定方法。方法采用《中国药典》2010年版二部附录中细菌内毒素的动态浊度法。结果将醒脑静注射液稀释80倍，用细菌内毒素定量法检测无干扰因素影响，其平均回收率均在50%~200%。结论该法快捷、准确、灵敏，可用于醒脑静注射液中细菌内毒素的检测。
목적：건립성뇌정주사액중세균내독소함량측정방법。방법채용《중국약전》2010년판이부부록중세균내독소적동태탁도법。결과장성뇌정주사액희석80배，용세균내독소정량법검측무간우인소영향，기평균회수솔균재50%~200%。결론해법쾌첩、준학、령민，가용우성뇌정주사액중세균내독소적검측。
Objective To establish a method to determine the content of bacterial endotoxin in Xingnaojing injection. Methods Kinetic turbidimetric limulus test of bacterial endotoxin were used according to Chp 2010. Results 1→100 solution of Xingnaojing injection showed no interference on test and the average recovery was in the range of 50%~200%. Conclusion This method is rapid, accurate and sensitive.It can be used for bacterial endotoxin test for Xingnaojing injection.
