目的：分析心外科患者在接受人性化护理后的护理效果，为患者提供更好的护理服务。方法回顾性2010年6月至2012年6月分析入住我院心外科的367例患者，对其实施人性化护理，在护理干预前后对患者进行SCL-90评分，比较结果。结果进行人性化护理后，患者的恐惧、焦虑、抑郁、人际关系、强迫、躯体化等得到显著改善，且与干预前相比有明显差异（P＜0.05）。结论在心外科患者实施人性化护理干预后，明显改善了患者的身体健康程度及心理状况，大大提高了护理质量。
목적：분석심외과환자재접수인성화호리후적호리효과，위환자제공경호적호리복무。방법회고성2010년6월지2012년6월분석입주아원심외과적367례환자，대기실시인성화호리，재호리간예전후대환자진행SCL-90평분，비교결과。결과진행인성화호리후，환자적공구、초필、억욱、인제관계、강박、구체화등득도현저개선，차여간예전상비유명현차이（P＜0.05）。결론재심외과환자실시인성화호리간예후，명현개선료환자적신체건강정도급심리상황，대대제고료호리질량。
Objective Analysis of cardiac surgery patients in the nursing effect of humanized nursing after acceptance, provide care to patients.Methods In 2010 June-2012 year in June the retrospective analysis of 367 cases in our hospital in the heart surgery patients, on the implementation of humanistic nursing, nursing intervention in patients with the SCL-90 score, the comparison results. Results On humane care, the patients fear, anxiety, depression, interpersonal relationship, compulsion, somatization has been significantly improved, and compared with before intervention had significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of humanistic nursing intervention in cardiac surgery patients, can significantly improve the degree of physical health and psychological status of the patients, greatly improved the quality of nursing.
