随着网络的快速发展，网络上文本资源的搜索与使用已经成为了生活中不可缺少的一部分。本论文对垂直搜索引擎的发展及在发展中面临的问题进行了理论性的分析，介绍了垂直搜索系统的搜索技术。并且在已有的垂直搜索引擎上，通过提取网上的文本资源信息，结合搜索算法，提出了基于网页链接和内容叠加的垂直搜索，并且设计面向文本资源的垂直搜索引擎，用于搜索网络中的文本资源。
