以西部某千枚岩软岩隧道为工程背景,采用三维有限元数值模拟手段对不同喷层厚度条件下围岩的洞周位移、喷层混凝土内力进行对比分析,对其随喷层厚度增加的变化规律进行研究。结果表明:喷射混凝土厚度的大小对软岩隧道围岩变形的控制作用不明显;喷层厚度的大小对下台阶开挖后的内力影响显著;喷射混凝土厚度对围岩变形控制具有一定作用,但仅限于一定厚度范围内,当喷层厚度超过一定量值后,喷层对于围岩变形控制效果将不再明显,但其对喷层内力的影响却更加显著。
以西部某韆枚巖軟巖隧道為工程揹景,採用三維有限元數值模擬手段對不同噴層厚度條件下圍巖的洞週位移、噴層混凝土內力進行對比分析,對其隨噴層厚度增加的變化規律進行研究。結果錶明:噴射混凝土厚度的大小對軟巖隧道圍巖變形的控製作用不明顯;噴層厚度的大小對下檯階開挖後的內力影響顯著;噴射混凝土厚度對圍巖變形控製具有一定作用,但僅限于一定厚度範圍內,噹噴層厚度超過一定量值後,噴層對于圍巖變形控製效果將不再明顯,但其對噴層內力的影響卻更加顯著。

With some phyllite soft-rock tunnel in the west as project background, this paper comparatively analyzes convergence displacement of wall rock and inner force of spray layer concrete under the condition of different spray layer thicknesses by mean of 3 D finite element numerical simulation method and studies the change laws of them with increase of spray layer thickness. The results show that the control effect of the thickness of sprayed concrete on wall rock deformation of soft-rock tunnels is not obvious; the thickness of spray layer remarkably affects the inner force after excavation of lower bench;the thickness of sprayed concrete has a certain effect on control of wall rock deformation, but is only limited to a certain thickness range, as the thickness of spray layer is over a certain value, the control effect of spray layer on wall rock deformation will not be obvious any longer, however it influence on inner force of spray layer is more remarkable.
