选择合适的原料和合成工艺,采用高性能可聚合乳化剂,引入磷酸酯功能单体( EM-39),以衣康酸单丁酯和甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯为交联单体,通过活性有机硅氧烷对丙烯酸乳液进行改性,并合成水性丙烯酸防锈乳液。以此乳液为基础,选择防锈剂,制备了水性丙烯酸防锈涂料,其可用于桥梁钢筋混凝土结构破损锈蚀露筋的修复。
選擇閤適的原料和閤成工藝,採用高性能可聚閤乳化劑,引入燐痠酯功能單體( EM-39),以衣康痠單丁酯和甲基丙烯痠縮水甘油酯為交聯單體,通過活性有機硅氧烷對丙烯痠乳液進行改性,併閤成水性丙烯痠防鏽乳液。以此乳液為基礎,選擇防鏽劑,製備瞭水性丙烯痠防鏽塗料,其可用于橋樑鋼觔混凝土結構破損鏽蝕露觔的脩複。

With monobutyl itaconate and glycidyl methacrylate as linking monomers, this paper modifies acrylic emulsion via active organo-siloxane and synthesizes water-based acrylic anti-rust emulsion by selecting appropriate raw materials and synthetic processes, adopting high-performance polymerizable emulsifier and introducing functional phosphate monomers ( EM-39 ) . With this emulsion as basis, the paper selects antirust agents to prepare waster-based acrylic anti-rust coating, which can be used to repair damage, rusting and exposed reinforcing bars of concrete structures in bridges.
