某高速公路桥梁与3座高速铁路桥梁交叉,公路桥梁下穿铁路桥梁,同时跨越嘉陵江支流,其建设、施工及运营安全受铁路施工、运营及嘉陵江洪水的影响,洪水位高出桥面最大约4.1 m。针对这一极端复杂环境条件,探讨公路桥梁结构及防、排水设计要点,研究桥梁建设条件、结构方案、施工、运营的主要风险源、风险等级及对策。

Some expressway bridge crosses with 3 high-speed railway bridges and railway bridges pass underneath, and meanwhile steps over branches of Jialing River, its development, construction and operation safety is affected by railway construction, operation and flood of Jialing River, the maximum flood level higher than the bridge deck is approximate 4. 1 m. In allusion to this extremely complicated environmental condition, this paper probes into key points in design of structure, water resistance and drainage of highway bridges and studies construction conditions, structure schemes of bridges and main risk sources and levels in construction and operation as well as countermeasures.
