Usually,people need to on-site inspections in planning business such as urban construction and land u-sing.The use of GIS technology present to the business in intuitive form of maps base terrain data ,images and thematic data,and provide the appropriate query ,analysis and recording capabilities to help business people .Combined with the characteristics of mobile platform portability , design and implement assisted planning system based on mobile GIS that bring more convenient and efficient to improve planning efficiency .
