目的：探讨595 nm脉冲染料激光治疗婴幼儿皮肤真性血管瘤的疗效。方法应用595 nm脉冲染料激光治疗40例婴幼儿皮肤真性血管瘤并观察疗效。结果40例患者中，治疗3次以内6例，治疗3次及以上34例。治愈18例（45%），显效15例（37.5%），有效3例（7.5%），无效3例（7.5%），总有效率82.5%。结论595 nm脉冲染料激光治疗婴幼儿皮肤真性血管瘤疗效确切、安全，可在临床推广。
목적：탐토595 nm맥충염료격광치료영유인피부진성혈관류적료효。방법응용595 nm맥충염료격광치료40례영유인피부진성혈관류병관찰료효。결과40례환자중，치료3차이내6례，치료3차급이상34례。치유18례（45%），현효15례（37.5%），유효3례（7.5%），무효3례（7.5%），총유효솔82.5%。결론595 nm맥충염료격광치료영유인피부진성혈관류료효학절、안전，가재림상추엄。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of 595nm pulsed dye laser in the treatment of infantile true hemangioma. Methods Forty cases of infantile hemangioma were treated by 595nm pulsed dye laser, then the curative effect were evaluated. Results Among the 40 patients, six patients were given the treatment within three times, and the other 34 patients were given the treatment three times or more. Eighteen cases were cured (45%), signiifcant effective in 15 cases (37.5%), inefifciency 3 cases(7.5%), invalid 3 cases(7.5%), the total effective rate was 82.5%. Conclusion 595nm pulsed dye laser is effective and safe for the treatment of infantile hemangioma;which is worthy to be popularized in clinical.
