目的：观察新癀片联合异维A酸红霉素凝胶治疗寻常痤疮的临床疗效和安全性。方法将152例轻、中度寻常痤疮患者随机分为试验组（80例）和对照组（72例）。两组患者晚上睡觉前均外用异维A酸红霉素凝胶1次；试验组加用新癀片口服，每日3次，每次3片；疗程共6周。治疗2、4、6周随访，观察其临床疗效和不良反应。结果治疗2周后，试验组和对照组有效率分别为21.51%和14.29%，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；治疗4、6周后，试验组有效率（54.43%，84.81%）均显著高于对照组（30.00%，54.29%），差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。药物相关不良反应主要为局部刺激症状，两组发生率分别为29.11%、29.58%，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论新癀片联合异维A酸红霉素凝胶治疗寻常痤疮疗效满意、安全。
목적：관찰신황편연합이유A산홍매소응효치료심상좌창적림상료효화안전성。방법장152례경、중도심상좌창환자수궤분위시험조（80례）화대조조（72례）。량조환자만상수각전균외용이유A산홍매소응효1차；시험조가용신황편구복，매일3차，매차3편；료정공6주。치료2、4、6주수방，관찰기림상료효화불량반응。결과치료2주후，시험조화대조조유효솔분별위21.51%화14.29%，차이무통계학의의（P＞0.05）；치료4、6주후，시험조유효솔（54.43%，84.81%）균현저고우대조조（30.00%，54.29%），차이균유통계학의의（P＜0.01）。약물상관불량반응주요위국부자격증상，량조발생솔분별위29.11%、29.58%，차이무통계학의의（P＞0.05）。결론신황편연합이유A산홍매소응효치료심상좌창료효만의、안전。
Objective To observe the efifcacy and safety of Xinhuang tablets combined with isotretinoin erythromycin gel in the treatment of acne vulgaris. Methods One hundred and iffty-ifve patients with mild to moderate acne vulgaris were randomly divided into the treatment group (n=80) and the control group (n=72). Both the two groups were topically treated with isotretinoin erythromycin gel once every night for 6 weeks, meanwhile the treatment group additionally given Xinhuang tablets, 3 tablets each time, 3 times/d. Followed up 6 weeks, clinical efifcacy and adverse reactions were evaluated at 2, 4, 6 weeks of the treatment. Results The effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 21.51%and 14.29%respectively at 2 weeks of the treatment, and there was no statistical difference (P>0.05). The effective rates of the treatment group (54.43%, 84.81%) were signiifcant higher than those of the control group (30.00%, 54.29%) at 4 and 6 weeks of the treatment respectively (P<0.01). The main drug related adverse reaction was local irritation symptoms, and the incidence of the treatment group and the control group were 29.11%and 29.58%respectively, there was no statistically signiifcant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion The treatment of Xinhuang tablets combined with isotretinoin erythromycin gel for acne vulgaris is effective, safe and with less adverse reactions.
