目的:分析青海省海南州人民医院皮肤科藏、汉族人群皮肤病构成比。方法收集我科2011年7月-2012年7月门诊初次就诊者2139例,并将藏族、汉族患者分别列项进行统计分析。结果共诊断98个皮肤病病种,其中湿疹、荨麻疹、痤疮等皮肤病的构成比位于前15位。共8种皮肤病构成比在藏族和汉族患者间存在明显差异,其中湿疹、玫瑰糠疹在汉族的构成比高于藏族(P<0.01),而痤疮、梅毒、头癣(P<0.01)及过敏性紫癜、多形性日光疹、尖锐湿疣(P<0.05)在藏族患者中的构成比更高。结论湿疹、荨麻疹、痤疮等15种皮肤病在本地区构成比较高,可能与高原地区特殊的环境、气候特点有关,而湿疹、痤疮、梅毒等疾病在藏、汉族患者间构成比的差异可能与不同民族间遗传背景、生活饮食习惯等的不同有关,进一步分析其原因有利于提出针对性的防治措施。

Objective To analysis the composition of skin diseases in people's hospital of Hainan prefecture in Qinghai province. Methods 2 139 out-patients had been suffering from skin diseases were collected from July 2011 to July 2012. Tibetan and Han patients were divided into two groups according to the different ethnic for statistical analysis. Results A total of 98 kinds of skin diseases were diagnosed. The proportion of 15 kinds of skin diseases were higher, such as eczema, urticaria, acne and etc. There was signiifcant difference in the proportion of 8 kinds of skin diseases between Tibetan and Han patients. The proportion of eczema and pityriasis rosea were higher in Han patients than that in Tibetans (P<0.01), however the proportion of acne, syphilis, tinea capitis (P<0.01) and allergic purpura, polymorphous light eruption, genital warts (P<0.05) were higher in Tibetan. Conclusion The 15 kinds of skin diseases with higher proportion may be due to the special environment and climate in the plateau. The signiifcant difference of the composition of skin diseases between Tibetan and Han patients may be due to the difference in genetic background and living habits.
