目的：对钾、钠离子选择性电极间接法测定与酶法测定的相关性进行比较，以确定离子选择性电极间接法与酶法的相关性。方法：通过对50例正常体检人群的血清钾、钠离子分别用离子选择性电极间接法和酶法同时分别测定。结果：离子选择性电极间接法和酶法相比，离子选择性电极间接法比酶法结果略高，但二者具有良好的相关性，与文献相符。结论：离子选择性电极间接法与酶法结果具有良好的相关性（P＞00．5）。离子选择性电极间接法测定标准差比酶法标准差低，具有更好的精密度。

Objective:To potassium ,sodium ion selective electrode method for the determination of corre-lation between indirect determination and enzyme method were compared ,in order to determine the relevance of ion selective electrode method and enzyme method of indirect .Methods :The serum potassium ,in 50 cases of normal healthy population of sodium ions respectively with ion selective electrode method and enzyme method and indirect determination .Results:Compared with ion selective electrode method and indirect en-zyme method of ion selective electrode method ,indirect enzyme method results in slightly higher ,but has a good correlation between the two ,accord with the literature .Conclusion:Ion selective electrode indirect method and enzyme method results showed good correlation (P>0 0.5) .Determination of standard deviations than enzyme ion selective electrode method indirect method difference ,has better precision .
