莱钢炼铁厂由于高比例配加经济塞矿使高炉炉况出现了较大波动，高炉频繁出现悬坐料。通过加强高炉的基础管理、改善高铝渣系、控制渣中镁铝比、活跃炉缸、加强炉前生产组织等措施，保证了炉况的稳定顺行，实现了高炉长期稳定、均衡和高效化生产，产能由2600 t/d提升至3200 t/d，入炉焦比由380 kg/t降低至330 kg/t，降低了高炉燃耗成本，生铁成本降低近千万元。

The state of the blast furnace was fluctuated largerly due to the high proportion of adding economic ore in Laiwu Steel. The abnormal furnace condition such as hanging and setting of charge were appeared frequently. Some measures included strengthening the basic management, improving the slag property, controlling the ratio of aluminum and magnesium, controlling the activity of the hearth and strengthening the organization of the furnace production were taken. And then the stable operation of the furnace was ensured. The balanced and efficient production was achieved. The capacity of the production was promoted from 2 600 t/d to 3 200 t/d. The coke rate was reduced from 380 kg/t to 330 kg/t. The cost of the fuel was reduced and the cost of the pig iron was reduced nearly 10 million yuan annual.
