塞拉利昂矿矿石大块较多,含水量大,并且矿石成分中SiO2低、Al2O3高,不利于烧结矿物化性能的提升,影响炉渣流动性,因此济钢通过开展烧结杯试验和工业生产试验,确定了大量配用此种经济料的烧结矿碱度水平,并优化完善了烧结生产布料和加水工艺,稳定烧结生产过程,提升烧结矿冶金性能,降低了烧结燃耗成本。

Sierra Leone ore which have many large blocks, high water content and the relatively lower SiO2 compared with higher Al2O3 is not conducive to promotion of chemical and physical property of sinter, affecting slag fluidity. Through the industrial practice to sierra Leone ore, Jinan Steel sets up the alkalinity level of sinter and optimizes distribution process and water supply system for a lot of using this ore, which improving the stability of the sintering process and promoting the stability of the sinter chemical properties, low sintering cost was achieved.
