Southern School%literati and officialdom%Ancient China%common origins of calligraphy and painting
文人画泛指中国封建社会中文人、士大夫所作之画。建立在传统文化基础之上的中国文人画，是中国古代文人在绘画中表达思想、才情、审美和技艺的一种融诗、书画于一体的美术创作形式。中国文人画的发展，大体分三个阶段：一是魏晋至隋唐，心境超前于表现，为前文人画阶段；二是宋元，心境与表现相匹配，为标准文人画阶段；三是明清，心境落后于表现，为后文人画阶段。
文人畫汎指中國封建社會中文人、士大伕所作之畫。建立在傳統文化基礎之上的中國文人畫，是中國古代文人在繪畫中錶達思想、纔情、審美和技藝的一種融詩、書畫于一體的美術創作形式。中國文人畫的髮展，大體分三箇階段：一是魏晉至隋唐，心境超前于錶現，為前文人畫階段；二是宋元，心境與錶現相匹配，為標準文人畫階段；三是明清，心境落後于錶現，為後文人畫階段。
문인화범지중국봉건사회중문인、사대부소작지화。건립재전통문화기출지상적중국문인화，시중국고대문인재회화중표체사상、재정、심미화기예적일충융시、서화우일체적미술창작형식。중국문인화적발전，대체분삼개계단：일시위진지수당，심경초전우표현，위전문인화계단；이시송원，심경여표현상필배，위표준문인화계단；삼시명청，심경락후우표현，위후문인화계단。
Southern School refers to literati and officialdom’s Paintings in Chinese Feudal Society, which is based on the traditional culture, and it is an art form for literati and officialdom to express thire ideas, talents, aesthetic and skill. The development of the Chinese Southern School roughly three stages:the wei, jin, sui and tang dynasties is the first stage, the painters’ mood ahead of the performance, which is the first phase of Southern School; the Second is the song and yuan dynasties, the painters’ mood is equal to the performance, as the standard stage of Southern School; the third is the Ming and qing dynasties, the painters’ mood behind of the performance, which is the later stage of Southern School.
