This article focuses on the on - line English language learning and the anxiety of adult students. On - line learning can offer people more access to education. The research requires a great deal of efforts and its purpose is to find out how on - line learning affects adult students. This study is to test the "On - line Language Learning Anxiety"invento-ry. The following researches attempt to reveal the relationship between the on - line language learning anxiety and many factors,attempting to find the causes,produce the solutions and improve the learning efficiency.
