目的：探讨针对性健康教育对颅内肿瘤患者家属焦虑状况的影响。方法选取经焦虑自评量表测评存在焦虑情绪的80例颅内肿瘤患者家属为研究对象，随机分为实验组和对照组，实验组采取针对性健康教育模式，对照组采取常规健康教育模式，于出院前采用焦虑自评量表进行评分比较。结果进行针对性健康教育后SAS评分与实验前及对照组比较显著降低（P＜0.05），对照组入院时与出院前SAS评分差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论对患者家属进行针对性健康教育能改善患者家属焦虑情绪，对促进患者全面康复具有重要意义。
목적：탐토침대성건강교육대로내종류환자가속초필상황적영향。방법선취경초필자평량표측평존재초필정서적80례로내종류환자가속위연구대상，수궤분위실험조화대조조，실험조채취침대성건강교육모식，대조조채취상규건강교육모식，우출원전채용초필자평량표진행평분비교。결과진행침대성건강교육후SAS평분여실험전급대조조비교현저강저（P＜0.05），대조조입원시여출원전SAS평분차이무통계학의의（P＞0.05）。결론대환자가속진행침대성건강교육능개선환자가속초필정서，대촉진환자전면강복구유중요의의。
Objective To explore the targeted psychological health program to the families’anxiety of patients with intracranial tumor. Methods 80 family members of patients with intracranial tumor were randomly divided into 2groups:experimental group undergoing targeted psychological health program ,and control group undergoing conventional health education.Anxiety assessment with self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) was conducted of the admission of the patients and before the patients were discharged. Results The SAS score of the experimental group reflected a significant decrease in anxiety comparing with its score prior to the targeted psychological health grogram as well as the control group of which a significant difference was not found comparing with the its own score prior to the regular program (P< 0.05). Conclusion targeted psychological heath education is effective in reducing anxiety of the intracranial tumor patients' families, thus giving a positive impact to the comprehensive rehabilitation of the patients.
