Cyclic adenosine monophosphate extract%Antioxidant%BLA%Hemoglobin%Oxygen saturation in blood
目的:观察枣环磷酸腺苷提取液对人体的抗缺氧作用的有效性,为其应用提供数据支持。方法采用双盲对照的研究方法,选取120名武警战士为实验对象,随机分为高剂量组(cAMP浓度为15 mg/100g)、低剂量组(cAMP浓度为7.5 mg/100g)和对照组(糖浆),连续服用实验样品40 d,分别于干预前和末次干预后,利用3公里跑造成机体缺氧环境测定血氧饱和度;同时抽血5 mL,测定血乳酸和血红蛋白含量。结果连续服用40 d后,与空白对照组相比,高、低剂量组血乳酸含量较空白对照组明显降低, P<0.01;高剂量组血红蛋白含量低于对照组,有统计学意义,P<0.05;高剂量组血氧饱和度与空白对照组相比升高,P<0.01。结论枣环磷酸腺苷提取液具有较为明显的抗缺氧作用。能降低运动缺氧条件下血乳酸、血红蛋白含量,提高缺氧条件下的血氧饱和度。

목적:관찰조배린산선감제취액대인체적항결양작용적유효성,위기응용제공수거지지。방법채용쌍맹대조적연구방법,선취120명무경전사위실험대상,수궤분위고제량조(cAMP농도위15 mg/100g)、저제량조(cAMP농도위7.5 mg/100g)화대조조(당장),련속복용실험양품40 d,분별우간예전화말차간예후,이용3공리포조성궤체결양배경측정혈양포화도;동시추혈5 mL,측정혈유산화혈홍단백함량。결과련속복용40 d후,여공백대조조상비,고、저제량조혈유산함량교공백대조조명현강저, P<0.01;고제량조혈홍단백함량저우대조조,유통계학의의,P<0.05;고제량조혈양포화도여공백대조조상비승고,P<0.01。결론조배린산선감제취액구유교위명현적항결양작용。능강저운동결양조건하혈유산、혈홍단백함량,제고결양조건하적혈양포화도。
Objective To study the antioxidant effect of jujube cyclic adenosine monophosphate extract, and furnish scientific information for its application. Methods A comparison was conducted on 120 soldiers who were randomly divided into three groups, high dose group (cAMP concentration of 15 mg/100g), low dose group (cAMP concentration of 7.5 mg/100g), and the control group (syrup). The three groups were tested for the oxygen saturation in their blood after 3-kilometer running, as well as their BLA and hemoglobin after 40days of consumption. Results BLA of both high and low dose groups reflected significantly lower than that of the control group ,P<0,01; hemoglobin of high dose was lower than that of the control group ,P<0.05, and its oxygen saturation level increased comparing with the control group. Conclusion Jujube cyclic adenosine monophosphate extract is considered being effective in antioxidant, and carries the feature of lowing BLA and hemoglobin under situation of hypoxia, conversely, increasing oxygen saturation.
