目的:探讨运用情景模拟教学法在社区护士培训心肺复苏术中的效果。方法采用完全随机方法抽取珠海市香洲区、高新区、斗门区、金湾区的社区护士138名,按到社区护士培训的次序编设单双号,其中单号为试验组68名,双号为对照组70名。试验组采用情景模拟教学法;对照组采用传统的课堂授课法,比较两组对象心肺复苏术的掌握情况。结果培训前两组社区护士心肺复苏的理论考核成绩及技术操作考核成绩、达标率差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;培训后两组社区护士心肺复苏的理论考核成绩及技术操作考核成绩明显高于培训前,P<0.001;培训后试验组理论考核成绩达标率高于对照组,P<0.001、技术操作考核成绩达标率高于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论采取情景模拟教学法可以提高社区护士掌握心肺复苏术理论及技术操作水平,达标率明显提高,值得在社区广泛推广。

Objective To evaluate the effect of scene simulation approach in community nurse training of CPR. Methods A total of 138 community nurses who were randomly selected from four different districts in Zhuhai were randomly divided into two groups:experimental group (n=68) and control group (n=70). The experiment group was taught with the scene simulation teaching method including the design of typical cardiac arrest cases, role-play in cardiac arrest cases and rescue methods based on different specific condition while the control group was taught the traditional classroom teaching method. The scores of CPR theoretical and practice examination were compared between the two groups. Results No significant difference was found in the scores of CPR theoretical and practice examination between the two groups prior to the training,P>0.05. Although the scores of CPR theoretical and practice examination of both groups reflected an obvious improvement ,P<0.001, the compliance rate of theoretical examination of the experimental group were statistically higher than thoes of the control group, both P<0.001. There was no significance difference in the compliance rate of practice examination between the two groups ,P=0.120. Conclusion Scene simulation teaching method is effective in improving the nurses’level of CPR theory and practice. It is recommended to promote in community level.
