对田径中跳跃项目踝关节的速度和力量训练历来是个难以解决的难题。本研究通过实验组和对照组运动员训踝的对比训练实施,运用运动训练学、生物力学、生理学的有关原理对训练前后的结果进行科学、定量的对比分析,探求出四个优化组合训踝方法和手段:最大负荷和极限速度相结合法,轻负荷的专项练习法,加长性收缩训练法,极度用力法,比传统的训踝方法更能达到训踝的理想绩效,有效地解决了训踝难题。

The speed and strength training of the ankle in jumping events in track and field has always been a diffi-cult problem to solve. Based on the contrast between the athletes in the experimental group and the control group in their ankle training, the paper conducts a scientific and quantitative analysis to explore the four approaches of optimum combi-nation of ankle training: the combination of maximum load and limiting speed, light load special practice method, the prolonged contraction training method and the extreme force method can bring about more desirable performance than the traditional methods of ankle training, which has effectively solved the ankle training problem.
