为提高旋轮加载轨迹设计的通用性,实现旋轮加载轨迹参数化控制,研究直线、圆弧和渐开线加载轨迹曲线规则设计方法。基于非线性有限元模拟软件ABAQUS/Explicit平台,建立多道次普通旋压的三维动态显示有限元分析模型,并研究不同加载轨迹的优缺点。结果表明:渐开线加载轨迹厚度分布较均匀,最大等效应变接近圆弧加载轨迹,优于其他2种轨迹。

In order to improve the design universal of roller loading trace and realizing roller loading trace parameter control, research on loading trace principle design of straight line, arc and involute. Based on non-linear FEM simulation software ABAQUS/Explicit platform, establish multi-pass general spin 3D dynamic display FEM analysis model, research on advantages and disadvantages of different loading trace. The results show that the thickness distribution of involute loading trace is uniform, max equivalent strain accesses arc loading trace, which is better than other 2 traces.
