为了对导弹战备完好性进行系统研究,提升部队导弹装备管理决策能力,通过对导弹实际任务剖面和导弹战备完好性度量参数分析,系统分析并给出影响导弹战备完好性的主要因素,给出影响导弹战备完好性的因素对应的度量参数。该研究为评估导弹战备完好性和改进导弹战备完好性奠定了基础,可为后续开展导弹装备战备完好性评估提供技术支撑。

For systematic research of missile equipment readiness and increase of the management of missile equipment of troops, main factors of affecting missile equipment readiness are systemically analyzed and given through analysis of actual task sector of missile and measurement parameters of missile equipment readiness. The measurement parameters relative to main influence factors are given. The foundation was built for assessing the improving missile equipment readiness. This research gives foundation for assessing and improving missile equipment readiness, and can provides technical support for assessing missile equipment readiness.
