目的：观察芪榔合剂治疗慢性功能性便秘（CFC）的临床疗效并筛选最佳证型，与麻仁软胶囊作疗效对比观察。方法：本临床研究选择188例CFC患者，按随机数字表法分为治疗组100例和对照组88例。治疗组予以芪榔合剂治疗，对照组予以麻仁软胶囊治疗，疗程均为8周。对治疗前后各症状积分及总积分进行比较分析。结果：治疗组总有效率为90.0％；对照组总有效率为71.6％治疗组有效率明显高于对照组（P＜0.05），在症状积分改善方面治疗组也明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：芪榔合剂对于CFC有明显疗效，尤以气阴（血）两虚证型效果显著。
목적：관찰기랑합제치료만성공능성편비（CFC）적림상료효병사선최가증형，여마인연효낭작료효대비관찰。방법：본림상연구선택188례CFC환자，안수궤수자표법분위치료조100례화대조조88례。치료조여이기랑합제치료，대조조여이마인연효낭치료，료정균위8주。대치료전후각증상적분급총적분진행비교분석。결과：치료조총유효솔위90.0％；대조조총유효솔위71.6％치료조유효솔명현고우대조조（P＜0.05），재증상적분개선방면치료조야명현우우대조조（P＜0.05）。결론：기랑합제대우CFC유명현료효，우이기음（혈）량허증형효과현저。
Objective:To observe the curative effect of Qi Lang Mixture for treating the chronic functional constipation (CFC )and screening the optimum syndrome,and make efficacy comparison with Maren soft capsules.Methods:188 CFC patients were randomly di-vided into two groups:the treatment group(n=100)and the control group(n=88).The treatment group was treated by Qi Lang Mix-ture.The control group was treated with Maren soft capsules.After eight-week treatment,we made a comparison between the two groups u-sing symptom scoring and total scoring of.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.0%;the total effective rate of the control group was 7 1 .6%.The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05 ). Compared with the control group,the symptom score of the treatment group showed significant improvement (P<0.05 ).Conclusion:Qi Lang Mixture has significant efficacy for treating chronic functional constipation,especially good at treating the pattern of Qi and Yin (blood)deficiency.
