目的：探讨锁定加压钢板结合中医正骨手法治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效。方法：选择32例于我科住院接受治疗的股骨粗隆间骨折患者，所有患者入院后均运用“拔伸牵引，旋转屈伸”行中医正骨处理后采用股骨近端锁定板内固定法（Locking Compression Plate，LCP）手术治疗，所有患者术后进行随访，记录其愈合时间以及Harris评分。结果：32例手术均获成功，术后随访7～12月，平均（9.8±1.4）个月。骨折愈合时间为13～19周，平均（16.3±2.7）周，骨折均良好愈合；Harris髋关节评分：优（＞190分）17例，良（80～89分）13例，一般（70～79分）2例，差（＜70分）0例，优良率93.8％。结论：中医正骨加LCP内固定法治疗股骨粗隆间骨折复位保持良好，不变形，固定坚实可靠。
목적：탐토쇄정가압강판결합중의정골수법치료고골조륭간골절적림상료효。방법：선택32례우아과주원접수치료적고골조륭간골절환자，소유환자입원후균운용“발신견인，선전굴신”행중의정골처리후채용고골근단쇄정판내고정법（Locking Compression Plate，LCP）수술치료，소유환자술후진행수방，기록기유합시간이급Harris평분。결과：32례수술균획성공，술후수방7～12월，평균（9.8±1.4）개월。골절유합시간위13～19주，평균（16.3±2.7）주，골절균량호유합；Harris관관절평분：우（＞190분）17례，량（80～89분）13례，일반（70～79분）2례，차（＜70분）0례，우량솔93.8％。결론：중의정골가LCP내고정법치료고골조륭간골절복위보지량호，불변형，고정견실가고。
Objective:To evaluate clinical efficacy of locking compression plate (LCP)combined with Chinese bone setting in the treat-ment of intertrochanteric femur fracture.Methods:Thirty-two patients were received Chinese bone setting and internal fixation of LCP at the proximal femur.All patients were followed up after the operation to record their healing time and Harris scores.Results:All surgeries were completed successfully.Followedup period was between 7 to 12 months,with 9.8 ±1.4 months on average.All fractures healed 13 to 19 weeks after surgery,with 16.3 ±2.7 weeks on average.According to Harris Hip Score,the functional recovery of hip was as follows:Excellent(>90 points)17 cases;Good(80-89 points)13 cases;Fair (70-79 points)2 cases;Poor (<70 points)0 cases,the total ex-cellent and good rate was 93.8%.Conclusion:LCP combined with Chinese bone setting has good treatment efficacy for intertrochanteric femur fracture.
