针对伺服电机控制系统中的脉冲发送需求问题,提出了一种利用 DDS 技术,以单片机和 CPLD 为硬件基础的脉冲输出频率、个数可控的脉冲发生器设计方案。利用 Quartus II 软件进行了波形仿真并分析了结果。研究结果表明,采用该方案实现的脉冲发生器具有体积小、成本低和可靠性高等特点,而且该脉冲发生器控制简单,输出脉冲频率控制精度高,满足了伺服电机控制系统中的脉冲发送需求。
針對伺服電機控製繫統中的脈遲髮送需求問題,提齣瞭一種利用 DDS 技術,以單片機和 CPLD 為硬件基礎的脈遲輸齣頻率、箇數可控的脈遲髮生器設計方案。利用 Quartus II 軟件進行瞭波形倣真併分析瞭結果。研究結果錶明,採用該方案實現的脈遲髮生器具有體積小、成本低和可靠性高等特點,而且該脈遲髮生器控製簡單,輸齣脈遲頻率控製精度高,滿足瞭伺服電機控製繫統中的脈遲髮送需求。

Aiming at the demand of pulse transmission in servo motor control system, this paper proposes a design scheme of pulse generator, whose frequency and number of output pulse is controllable based on MCU and CPLD, by using DDS technology. The pulse generator has been simulated by using the Quartus II software, and the results of simulation have been analysed. The results show that the pulse generator not only has the advantages of small volume, low cost and reliability, but also simple control, high control precision of output pulse frequency, to meet the demand of the pulse transmission in servo motor control system.
