采用直流电动机的实测参数建立直流电动机的模型;提出了 PID 控制系统框图,并给出了该电动机的离散时间 PI 转速控制器和 PD 位置控制器;通过 MATLAB/Simulink 仿真实验,分析所设计系统在电动机空载和有载时的性能。实验表明,所设计的控制器具有良好的动态性能,对于电动机的负荷变化具有很强的鲁棒性。同时对面向实际应用的PID控制设计问题,进行了相应的分析和讨论。

Based on the parameters of an actual DC motor, a discrete-time speed PI controller and a PD position controller were designed respectively by building up its model and applying a PID control system diagram purposed in this paper. Performance of the designed system was analyzed for both the cases of with and without load by simulation under Matlab/Simulink. Simulation shows that the designed controller has good dynamic performance and is robust to the change of load. Analysis and discussion are presented also concerning some issues of PID control design in real-word applications.
