通过对热噪声源与抑制技术手段的分析,以供电方式隔绝外界干扰,筛选器件并优化控制电路,实现多级低热噪声偏压输出。测试结果表明,输出噪声均方根值可控制在0.6μV 以内,能满足某高灵敏度电子器件的测试工作需要。

통과대열조성원여억제기술수단적분석,이공전방식격절외계간우,사선기건병우화공제전로,실현다급저열조성편압수출。측시결과표명,수출조성균방근치가공제재0.6μV 이내,능만족모고령민도전자기건적측시공작수요。
Through analyzing the thermal noise and suppression techniques , using special power supply to isolated the outside interference , screening devices and optimizing the control circuit filter device , this paper realizes multi-stage bias output with low thermal noise . Testing experiment shows that the output noise RMS value can be controlled within 0 . 6μV . The experimental results can meet testing needs of some high sensitive electronics .
