目的：分析腹腔镜下直肠癌根治术与传统开腹手术的临床疗效。方法回顾32例腹腔镜与35例传统开腹手术的直肠癌患者资料，分析两组患者的手术效果。结果综合比较手术时间、术中出血量、切口感染发生率、住院时间等指标，腹腔镜组优于开腹手术组。结论应用腹腔镜治疗直肠癌术后效果优于传统开腹手术。
목적：분석복강경하직장암근치술여전통개복수술적림상료효。방법회고32례복강경여35례전통개복수술적직장암환자자료，분석량조환자적수술효과。결과종합비교수술시간、술중출혈량、절구감염발생솔、주원시간등지표，복강경조우우개복수술조。결론응용복강경치료직장암술후효과우우전통개복수술。
Object To assess the clinical effectiveness of laparoscopic and conventional open surgery in radical resection of rectal carcinoma. Methods Analyze retrospectively of surgical management for 32 laparoscopic patients and 35 conventional open surgery patients . Results laparoscopic was superior to conventional open surgery with respective to the operation time, amount of bleeding, incision infection, and hospitalized time. Conclusion The peritoneoscope for rectal carcinoma is better than t conventional open surgery.
