光伏电站实际的碳减排量计算对于光伏电站的规划和光伏产业的发展有着重要作用。随着光伏电站规模的不断扩大,光伏出力波动给系统所带来的不利影响也愈加突出。为减轻这种不利影响,需要在系统侧配备必要的旋转备用,而这部分备用所增加的碳排放理应计入光伏发电的碳减排量中。文中对青海省格尔木地区龙源光伏电站实测功率数据进行了分析,给出了基于曲线波动特征的光伏功率曲线分类算法,该算法根据曲线波动情况将光伏发电曲线分为4类,分别对应晴天、阴天、少云和多云气象条件,并给出了各类气象条件下光伏发电功率的统计量。在此基础上,进一步给出了考虑备用影响的光伏发电碳减排量计算模型和计算方法,该模型和方法可根据电站位置、容量、历史气象数据快速计算光伏电站的碳减排量。

The calculation of actual emission reduction of grid-connected photovoltaic(PV) stations plays a very important role in the planning of PV stations and the development of PV industry.With the steady expansion of PV stations,the adverse effects of power output fluctuation in the traditional power system will,in turn,become more conspicuous.To mitigate such adverse effects,it is necessary to have some spinning reserve on the system side and the effect should be counted in the carbon emission reduction of PV.This paper analyzes the measured power data of Longyuan photovoltaic station in Geermu area of Qinghai province,gives the classification algorithm for PV power curves based on the characteristics of power fluctuation.The curves are divided into four categories based on the fluctuation,corresponding to the sunny,overcast,hardly cloudy and cloudy weather conditions.The statistics of power generation of PV station under each weather condition is also given.Based on this, the carbon emission reduction calculation model and method considering the influence of reserve are also proposed,which can accurately calculate the carbon emission reduction effects according to the capacity and meteorological information.This algorithm is also able to calculate the carbon reduction benefits for PV station planning.
