低碳电网的建设对于全社会低碳经济的发展具有重要的推动作用。论述了低碳电网指标体系与综合评价模型的建立对电网低碳发展的重要意义。基于全生命周期的分析理念,从不同的关注范围出发,分别设计了低碳电网综合评价指标体系及核心评价指标体系,对体系中各指标的意义进行了详细说明。设计了低碳电网综合量化评价方法,并基于国内部分电网企业的统计数据对指标体系及评价方法的应用进行了算例分析。

Construction of the low-carbon power grid plays an important role in promoting the low-carbon economic development of the entire society.The importance of establishment of the low-carbon power grid index system and its comprehensive evaluation model for the development of the low-carbon power grid is firstly discussed.Based on the concept of life cycle analysis,a comprehensive low-carbon power grid index system and a more refined central index system are designed in consideration of different aspects of coverage, and the meaning of each index explicated in detail. Furthermore, a comprehensive evaluation method is designed for the quantization of the low-carbon developing condition of different power grids.Finally,an example analysis is conducted based on the statistical data of some domestic power grids to demonstrate the actual application of the evaluation model.
