针对南方电网多类型电源协调运行以及西电东送的特点,提出了南方电网节能与经济运行评价方法。该方法基于时序负荷曲线,分别进行新能源的出力模拟、电源检修安排、跨流域梯级水电调度。在此基础上,根据南方电网的一系列运行约束与调度规则,进行考虑多类型电源相互协调与网损修正的机组组合优化,实现对南方电网长时间运行层面进行精细化的逐日小时级连续的“全景”模拟,最后根据逐日运行模拟结果计算系统运行成本、燃料消耗以及污染物排放,实现系统未来运行的节能与经济性评价。最后,以 IEEE-RTS 79系统算例和广东电网2015年运行模拟算例验证了所述方法的有效性。

A methodology of power system energy saving and economy operation evaluation for China Southern power grid is proposed,which takes into consideration the characteristics of the coordinated operation of multiple types of generators and massive electricity delivery from the west to the east.The methodology is based on the chronological operation simulation of power system.Several sub-modules for mid/long term operation simulation are proposed including operation simulation of renewable energy,generation maintenance simulation,and dispatch optimization of inter-basin cascade hydropower plants.A unit commitment model is also proposed by taking into consideration the operation constraints on the power system,practical scheduling rules,coordinate dispatching of multiple types of generations,and the modification of transmission losses.The proposed methodology facilitates a full view of the prospective operation for the power system on an hourly basis.The operating costs,fuel costs and carbon emissions of the power system over the whole planning year can be calculated based on the simulation results to achieve the energy saving and economy operation evaluation for the power system planning scheme. Finally,an IEEE-RTS 79 test system and one of the blueprint of Guangdong power grid for 201 5 are used to validate the proposed methodology.
