目的：探讨总结脑瘫患儿的口腔功能护理方法,并观察口腔功能护理对脑瘫患儿流涎治疗的效果。方法45例合并吞咽障碍及流涎的脑瘫患儿,在常规康复治疗的基础上给予吞咽功能治疗,口腔功能护理包括口腔按摩及指导家长在家庭进行口腔功能锻炼等综合康复治疗方法,吞咽功能治疗及口腔按摩1次/d,5 d/周,3个月为1个疗程,家庭口腔功能锻炼15 min/次,2~3次/d。治疗前后观察脑瘫患儿的流涎情况。结果显效15例,有效24例,无效6例,总有效率86.7%。结论吞咽功能治疗、口腔功能护理可明显改善脑瘫患儿的流涎情况。

Objective To discuss and summarize the nursing methods of oral function for children with cerebral palsy (CP), and to observe the effect of oral function nursing on CP children with salivation. Methods A total of 45 cases of CP children combine with swallowing disorder and salivation were treated by conventional rehabilitation therapy and additional swallowing function treatment. Oral function nursing included oral massage and guidance for the parents on oral function exercise in the family. Swallowing function treatment and oral massage were operated for 1 time/day and 5 days/week, and three months was for a period of treatment. Home oral functional exercise was for 15 min/time and 2-3 times/day. Condition of salivation was observed before and after the treatment in CP children. Results There were 15 significantly effective cases, 24 effective cases, and 6 ineffective cases. The total effective rate was 86.7%. Conclusion Swallowing function treatment and oral function nursing can obviously improve the salivation of children suffering with CP.
