目的:探讨冠心病患者冠状动脉粥样硬化程度和血浆载脂蛋白B(apoB)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平之间的相关性。方法158例经冠状动脉造影确诊为冠心病的患者分为稳定型心绞痛(SAP)组、不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)组和急性心肌梗死(AMI)组,比较三组患者的冠状动脉病变支数、冠状动脉Gensini评分、血浆apoB和hs-CRP水平。结果三组患者的冠状动脉病变支数比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);SAP组患者的Gensini评分、apoB、hs-CRP水平分别与UAP组和AMI组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);UAP组和AMI组患者的hs-CRP水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论冠心病患者的apoB、hs-CRP水平和冠状动脉病变程度之间存在的相关性,可以反映冠状动脉粥样硬化的程度,具有重要的临床意义。

Objective To investigate the correlation between coronary atherosclerosis degree and plasma levels of apolipoprotein B (apoB) and high sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP). Methods A total of 158 cases of coronary heart disease diagnosed by coronary angiography were divided into three groups as stable angina pectoris (SAP) group, unstable angina pectoris (UAP) group and acute myocardial infarction (AMI) group. The number of impaired coronary arteries, Gensini score of coronary, and plasma levels of apoB and hs-CRP were compared in the three groups. Results There were statistically significant differences of the number of impaired coronary arteries among the three groups (P<0.01). The differences of Gensini score of coronary and plasma levels of apoB and hs-CRP of SAP group, compared with UAP group and AMI group, were statistically significant (P<0.01). The differences of hs-CRP level in UAP group and AMI group had statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion The correlation between coronary artery lesion extent and plasma levels of apoB and hs-CRP can show the degree of coronary atherosclerosis, and it has important clinical significance.
