目的：对比分析腹腔镜和传统开腹手术对卵巢巧克力囊肿的治疗效果，探究有效地治疗方案。方法80例卵巢巧克力囊肿妇女，随机分成研究组40例和对照组40例，研究组患者进行腹腔镜手术，对照组患者给予传统开腹手术，观察比较两组治疗方法的治疗效果、手术时间、住院时间以及出血量等。结果研究组患者的出血量、排气时间、住院时间等明显低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)；另外随访发现研究组患者复发人数少于对照组，而疼痛的缓解以及妊娠率方面显著优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜术式对患者的创伤小，侵袭性小、出血少、术后恢复快，住院时间短，节省住院费用，复发率低，是卵巢巧克力囊肿的首选治疗术式。
목적：대비분석복강경화전통개복수술대란소교극력낭종적치료효과，탐구유효지치료방안。방법80례란소교극력낭종부녀，수궤분성연구조40례화대조조40례，연구조환자진행복강경수술，대조조환자급여전통개복수술，관찰비교량조치료방법적치료효과、수술시간、주원시간이급출혈량등。결과연구조환자적출혈량、배기시간、주원시간등명현저우대조조，차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05혹P<0.01)；령외수방발현연구조환자복발인수소우대조조，이동통적완해이급임신솔방면현저우우대조조，차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론복강경술식대환자적창상소，침습성소、출혈소、술후회복쾌，주원시간단，절성주원비용，복발솔저，시란소교극력낭종적수선치료술식。
Objective To comparatively analyze the clinical effects of laparoscope and conventional laparotomy in the treatment of ovarian chocolate cyst, and to explore effective treatment method. Methods A total of 80 cases of oarian chocolate cysts were randomly divided into study group and control group, and each group contained 40 cases. The study group was treated by laparoscope surgery, and the control group received conventional laparotomy. Curative effects, operation time, hospital stays, and bleeding volume of the two groups were compared. Results Bleeding volume, evacuation time and hospital stays were all lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05 or P<0.01). The results of follow-up showed that recurrence patients in the study group were less than in the control group, and pain relief and pregnancy rate of the study group were significantly better than the control group. The differences between the two groups had statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Laparoscope has the advantages of small invasion, few bleeding, fast recovery, short hospital stays, few cost and low recurrence rate, and it is the preferred method for ovarian chocolate cysts.
