目的：探讨社区老年糖尿病患者的健康教育护理效果。方法：选择老年糖尿病患者80例，对其进行糖尿病知识的宣传与健康教育指导，观察并对比患者前后糖尿病知识的知晓率。结果：在对疾病的认知、血压防治知识的了解与血糖监测方法及饮食原则上，80例患者在进行了健康教育后，各项比率明显升高，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：对社区老年糖尿病患者进行健康知识的教育与护理，不仅可以提高患者对糖尿病知识的了解与认知，还可以使患者提高防治意识，从而提高了患者的生活质量。
목적：탐토사구노년당뇨병환자적건강교육호리효과。방법：선택노년당뇨병환자80례，대기진행당뇨병지식적선전여건강교육지도，관찰병대비환자전후당뇨병지식적지효솔。결과：재대질병적인지、혈압방치지식적료해여혈당감측방법급음식원칙상，80례환자재진행료건강교육후，각항비솔명현승고，차이구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：대사구노년당뇨병환자진행건강지식적교육여호리，불부가이제고환자대당뇨병지식적료해여인지，환가이사환자제고방치의식，종이제고료환자적생활질량。
Objective:To explore and analyze the effect of health education and nursing of community elderly diabetic patients. Methods:80 elderly patients with diabetes were selected.They received diabetes knowledge propaganda and health education guidance.We observed and compared the diabetes knowledge rate before and after guidance.Results:In the disease cognition, understanding the knowledge of prevention and control of blood pressure,and blood glucose monitoring methods and diet,after health education,the ratio was increased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Application of education and nursing health knowledge of the elderly patients with diabetes in community,not only can improve patient understanding and cognition of diabetic know,but also can make the patients to improve the consciousness of prevention,so as to improve the life quality of patients.
