目的：分析静滴缩宫素在引产方面的临床作用和效果，并研究相关的护理工作。研究方法：2010年1月-2014年1月收治产妇160例，对这些产妇静滴缩宫素引产，并开展有效的护理工作。结果：150例在使用静滴缩宫素引产后能成功顺利地进行顺产。10例出现有规律的宫缩，一旦停止使用，宫缩就会停止或者胎儿宫内窘迫，最终导致引产失败，不得不采取剖宫产的方法进行分娩。结论：静滴缩宫素引产确实有利于产妇进行分娩，但要特别注意做好产妇的各项体征检查和观察、各类可能出现的并发症的预防及护理，才能确保产妇的顺利分娩。
목적：분석정적축궁소재인산방면적림상작용화효과，병연구상관적호리공작。연구방법：2010년1월-2014년1월수치산부160례，대저사산부정적축궁소인산，병개전유효적호리공작。결과：150례재사용정적축궁소인산후능성공순리지진행순산。10례출현유규률적궁축，일단정지사용，궁축취회정지혹자태인궁내군박，최종도치인산실패，불득불채취부궁산적방법진행분면。결론：정적축궁소인산학실유리우산부진행분면，단요특별주의주호산부적각항체정검사화관찰、각류가능출현적병발증적예방급호리，재능학보산부적순리분면。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of intravenous oxytocin in labor induction,and to study the related nursing work.Methods:160 parturients were selected from January 2010 to January 2014.They were given intravenous oxytocin for induction of labor.We carried out the effective nursing care.Results:150 cases were successfully produced in the use of intravenous oxytocin.10 cases had regular contractions,but once you stoped using it,contractions would stop or fetal distress occured,which resulted in induction failed,so we had to adopt the method of cesarean section for production.Conclusion:The use of intravenous oxytocin does help women in childbirth,but we must pay special attention to the maternal physical examination and observation,prevention and nursing of complications,to ensure the smooth production of parturient.
