目的：探究护理干预对高血压合并冠心病的临床效果。方法：收治高血压合并冠心病患者100例，按数字法随机分为观察组与对照组，各50例。对照组进行常规护理，观察组进行优质护理干预。观察两组的治疗效果及遵医行为情况。结果：经护理干预后，观察组总有效率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；观察组及时服药、饮食合理、戒烟戒酒、按时检查、规律生活等情况均明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：优质护理干预能有效地提高高血压合并冠心病患者的治疗效果，增加患者的遵医行为，提高患者的满意度，临床效果确切，值得推广与应用。

목적：탐구호리간예대고혈압합병관심병적림상효과。방법：수치고혈압합병관심병환자100례，안수자법수궤분위관찰조여대조조，각50례。대조조진행상규호리，관찰조진행우질호리간예。관찰량조적치료효과급준의행위정황。결과：경호리간예후，관찰조총유효솔명현고우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)；관찰조급시복약、음식합리、계연계주、안시검사、규률생활등정황균명현우우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：우질호리간예능유효지제고고혈압합병관심병환자적치료효과，증가환자적준의행위，제고환자적만의도，림상효과학절，치득추엄여응용。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of nursing intervention on hypertension combined with coronary heart disease. Methods:100 cases with hypertension combined with coronary heart disease were selected.According to the digital method,they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 50 cases in each.The control group were given routine nursing.The observation group were given high quality nursing intervention.The treatment effects and the treatment compliance conditions of two groups were observed.Results:After the nursing intervention,the total effective rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The timely taking medicine, reasonable diet,stopped smoking and drinking,examination on time and regular life were obviously better than those of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:High quality nursing intervention can effectively improve the treatment effect of patients with hypertension combined with coronary heart disease,increase the treatment compliance of patients,and improve the patient satisfaction.Its clinical effect is definite.It is worthy of promotion and application.
