目的：探讨远红外止咳平喘贴辅助治疗小儿肺炎的疗效。方法：2012年9月-2014年2月收治支气管肺炎患儿820例，随机分为观察组(420例)和对照组(400例)。对照组按常规的抗感染、抗病毒及对症治疗方法，观察组在此基础上辅以远红外止咳平喘贴贴敷治疗。比较两组咳嗽程度、体温、呼吸、肺部啰音变化和住院天数。结果：观察组住院天数[(7.05±1.14)d]短于对照组[(8.36±1.68)d]、治愈率和总有效率(85.00%、97.62%)均高于对照组(78.50%、94.75%)，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：远红外止咳平喘贴贴敷治疗小儿肺炎临床疗效满意。
목적：탐토원홍외지해평천첩보조치료소인폐염적료효。방법：2012년9월-2014년2월수치지기관폐염환인820례，수궤분위관찰조(420례)화대조조(400례)。대조조안상규적항감염、항병독급대증치료방법，관찰조재차기출상보이원홍외지해평천첩첩부치료。비교량조해수정도、체온、호흡、폐부라음변화화주원천수。결과：관찰조주원천수[(7.05±1.14)d]단우대조조[(8.36±1.68)d]、치유솔화총유효솔(85.00%、97.62%)균고우대조조(78.50%、94.75%)，차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：원홍외지해평천첩첩부치료소인폐염림상료효만의。
Objective:To explore the curative effect of far infrared Zhi Ke Ping Chuan patch in adjuvant treatment of bronchial pneumonia in children.Methods:820 cases with bronchial pneumonia were selected from September 2012 to February 2014.They were randomly divided into the observation group(420 cases) and the control group(400 cases).The control group were treated with conventional anti infection,antiviral and symptomatic treatment.The observation group were treated with far infrared Zhi Ke Ping Chuan patch on the basis of the control group.We compared the degree of temperature,cough,breath,pulmonary rales change and days of hospitalization of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,days of hospitalization(7.05±1.14) was shorter than that of the control group(8.36 ± 1.68 days).The cure rate and total effective rate(85%,97.62%) were higher than those of the control group(78.50%,94.75%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of far infrared Zhi Ke Ping Chuan patch in adjuvant treatment of bronchial pneumonia in children is significant.
