目的：回顾性总结治疗重症急性腰扭伤的最佳治疗方法。方法：2004年3月-2014年3月收治重症急性腰扭伤患者176例，采用中西医结合疗法治疗，予半量甘露醇静滴治疗的基础上，再给予电针治疗和口服塞来昔布胶囊，回顾性总结疗效。结果：有效率100%。结论：加滴半量甘露醇的中西医结合模式具有迅速抗渗出、消水肿作用，可快速明显缓解重症急性腰扭伤患者的疼痛。
目的：迴顧性總結治療重癥急性腰扭傷的最佳治療方法。方法：2004年3月-2014年3月收治重癥急性腰扭傷患者176例，採用中西醫結閤療法治療，予半量甘露醇靜滴治療的基礎上，再給予電針治療和口服塞來昔佈膠囊，迴顧性總結療效。結果：有效率100%。結論：加滴半量甘露醇的中西醫結閤模式具有迅速抗滲齣、消水腫作用，可快速明顯緩解重癥急性腰扭傷患者的疼痛。
목적：회고성총결치료중증급성요뉴상적최가치료방법。방법：2004년3월-2014년3월수치중증급성요뉴상환자176례，채용중서의결합요법치료，여반량감로순정적치료적기출상，재급여전침치료화구복새래석포효낭，회고성총결료효。결과：유효솔100%。결론：가적반량감로순적중서의결합모식구유신속항삼출、소수종작용，가쾌속명현완해중증급성요뉴상환자적동통。
Objective:To retrospectively sum the best treatment for treatment of severe acute lumbar sprain.Methods:176 cases with severe acute lumbar sprain were selected from March 2004 to March 2014.We took treatments of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine combined. On the basis of half-dose mannitol by static point,they were given electrical acupuncture and oral celecoxib capsules.The effect was retrospectively summed.Results:The effective rate was 100%.Conclusion:The pattern of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine combined of adding half-dose mannitol have effect on rapid seepage resistance,anti-dropsy,and can quickly and apparently alleviate patients'pain with severe acute lumbar sprain.
