目的：探讨耳穴按摩对分娩镇痛、产后泌乳及患者心理状态的影响情况。方法：2013年1月1日-2013年12月31日收治产妇120例，作为研究对象，对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。将运用基础治疗的60例产妇作为对照组，将运用基础治疗+耳穴按摩的60例产妇作为试验组。对比观察两组经不同治疗方法治疗后分娩镇痛、产后泌乳、心理状态等情况。结果：试验组分娩镇痛、产后泌乳及患者心理状态均显著好于对照组，两组之间差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：耳穴按摩能显著缓解产妇的分娩痛苦，能帮助产后泌乳及心理状态的调整，取得了较好的临床效果，同时通过耳穴按摩增加医患之间的感情沟通，提高患者的满意度。
목적：탐토이혈안마대분면진통、산후비유급환자심리상태적영향정황。방법：2013년1월1일-2013년12월31일수치산부120례，작위연구대상，대기림상자료진행회고성분석。장운용기출치료적60례산부작위대조조，장운용기출치료+이혈안마적60례산부작위시험조。대비관찰량조경불동치료방법치료후분면진통、산후비유、심리상태등정황。결과：시험조분면진통、산후비유급환자심리상태균현저호우대조조，량조지간차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：이혈안마능현저완해산부적분면통고，능방조산후비유급심리상태적조정，취득료교호적림상효과，동시통과이혈안마증가의환지간적감정구통，제고환자적만의도。
Objective:To explore the influence of ear massage on delivery analgesia,postpartum lactation and mental state. Methods:120 puerperaes were selected from 1 January to 31 December 2013.They were as the study objects.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.60 puerperaes with basic treatment were as the control group.60 puerperaes with basic treatment and ear massage were as the experimental group.After different treatment methods,the delivery analgesia,postpartum lactation and mental state of puerpera in two groups were compared and observed.Results:The delivery analgesia,postpartum lactation and mental state of the experimental group puerpera with ear acupoint massage were significantly better than those of the control group, and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ear massage can significantly relieve delivery analgesia of puerpera,help postpartum lactation and psychological adjustment,and achieve good clinical result.And through ear massage increases the emotional communication between doctors and patients,it can improve the satisfaction of patients in delivery room.
