目的：探讨锁骨钩钢板治疗锁骨远端骨折脱位的并发症防治措施。方法：收治锁骨远端骨折脱位患者126例，对锁骨钩钢板在锁骨远端骨折脱位患者治疗过程中的并发症进行分析，并制定出有效的防治措施。结果：锁骨远端骨折脱位患者在接受治疗之后需要进行6～12个月的随访，通过Karlsson标准对患者的随访结果进行评定，锁骨远端骨折脱位患者的治疗有效率84.1%。将锁骨钩钢板取出之后，锁骨远端骨折脱位患者的肩行动与关节功能得到了极大的改善，并发症的发生率36.5%。结论：锁骨钩钢板在锁骨远端骨折脱位患者治疗中的应用，不仅大大提高了锁骨远端骨折脱位患者的治疗有效率和满意度，而且还有效降低了锁骨远端骨折脱位患者的痛苦，但是并发症的发生率较高。因此，要严格地按照要求进行锁骨钩钢板的操作，并根据患者的实际情况制定有效的康复训练方案和并发症的防治措施，以有效降低锁骨远端骨折脱位患者并发症的发生率，具有非常重要的意义。
목적：탐토쇄골구강판치료쇄골원단골절탈위적병발증방치조시。방법：수치쇄골원단골절탈위환자126례，대쇄골구강판재쇄골원단골절탈위환자치료과정중적병발증진행분석，병제정출유효적방치조시。결과：쇄골원단골절탈위환자재접수치료지후수요진행6～12개월적수방，통과Karlsson표준대환자적수방결과진행평정，쇄골원단골절탈위환자적치료유효솔84.1%。장쇄골구강판취출지후，쇄골원단골절탈위환자적견행동여관절공능득도료겁대적개선，병발증적발생솔36.5%。결론：쇄골구강판재쇄골원단골절탈위환자치료중적응용，불부대대제고료쇄골원단골절탈위환자적치료유효솔화만의도，이차환유효강저료쇄골원단골절탈위환자적통고，단시병발증적발생솔교고。인차，요엄격지안조요구진행쇄골구강판적조작，병근거환자적실제정황제정유효적강복훈련방안화병발증적방치조시，이유효강저쇄골원단골절탈위환자병발증적발생솔，구유비상중요적의의。
Objective:To investigate the treatment of clavicular hook plate for distal clavicle fracture and dislocation of complications prevention measures.Methods: 126 cases of distal clavicle fracture dislocation were treated from January 2010 to December 2012.Complications of clavicular hook plate in the treatment of distal clavicle fracture and dislocation in patients were analyzed,and effective control measures were developed.Results:Patients with distal clavicle fracture and dislocation after receiving hospital treatment finished needed 6 to 12 months of follow-up.Follow-up results by Karlsson criteria patients were assessed.The treatment efficiency in patients with distal clavicle fracture and dislocation was 84.1%.After the clavicular hook plate removed,the patient's distal clavicle fracture and dislocation shoulder action and joint function has been greatly improved, and the incidence of complications was 36.5%.Conclusion:Clavicular hook plate in the treatment of patients with distal clavicular fracture and dislocation of the application,not only greatly improves the distal clavicle fracture and dislocation of treatment efficiency and patient satisfaction,but also effectively reduces the patient's distal clavicle fracture and dislocation of pain,but a higher incidence of complications.Therefore,we should operate in strict accordance with the requirements of clavicular hook plate and develop effective rehabilitation programs and prevention measures based on the actual situation of complications in patients, in order to effectively reduce the distal clavicle fracture and dislocation of the incidence of complications in patients with a very important meaning.
