目的：探讨甲孕酮联合二联抗生素治疗子宫内膜炎的临床效果。方法：2013年4月-2014年3月收治子宫内膜炎患者72例，将患者随机分成观察组和对照组，各36例。观察组给予甲孕酮联合二联抗生素进行治疗，对照组单纯使用二联抗生素进行治疗。结果：观察组临床治疗的有效率97.2%，对照组临床治疗的有效率86.1%，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：甲孕酮联合二联抗生素治疗子宫内膜炎临床疗效显著，值得临床推广。

목적：탐토갑잉동연합이련항생소치료자궁내막염적림상효과。방법：2013년4월-2014년3월수치자궁내막염환자72례，장환자수궤분성관찰조화대조조，각36례。관찰조급여갑잉동연합이련항생소진행치료，대조조단순사용이련항생소진행치료。결과：관찰조림상치료적유효솔97.2%，대조조림상치료적유효솔86.1%，량조비교차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：갑잉동연합이련항생소치료자궁내막염림상료효현저，치득림상추엄。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of medroxyprogesterone acetate combined with two kinds of antibiotics in the treatment of endometritis.Methods:72 cases with endometriosis were selected from April 2013 to March 2014.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 36 cases in each.The observation group were treated with medroxyprogesterone acetate combined with two kinds of antibiotics.The control group were treated with two kinds of antibiotics. Results:In the observation group,the effective rate was 97.2%.In the control group,the effective rate was 86.1%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of medroxyprogesterone acetate combined with two kinds of antibiotics in the treatment of endometritis is significant.It is worthy of promotion.
