目的：探究PPH治疗环状混合痔的临床效果。方法：2013年1月-2014年1月收治环状混合痔患者127例，研究组63例，对照组64例。研究组予以PPH术，治疗组予以外剥内扎术，分析两组术前术后时间花费、便中带血等术后并发症和治疗效果情况。结果：研究组手术、住院和恢复时间短于对照组；术后研究组便中带血等并发症的发生率低于对照组；研究组治疗效果显效率及有效率均高于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：PPH治疗环状混合痔效果显著，适合临床推广。

목적：탐구PPH치료배상혼합치적림상효과。방법：2013년1월-2014년1월수치배상혼합치환자127례，연구조63례，대조조64례。연구조여이PPH술，치료조여이외박내찰술，분석량조술전술후시간화비、편중대혈등술후병발증화치료효과정황。결과：연구조수술、주원화회복시간단우대조조；술후연구조편중대혈등병발증적발생솔저우대조조；연구조치료효과현효솔급유효솔균고우대조조(P＜0.05)。결론：PPH치료배상혼합치효과현저，괄합림상추엄。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of PPH in the treatment circumferential mixed hemorrhoid.Methods:127 cases with circumferential mixed hemorrhoid were selected from January 2013 to January 2014.63 cases were as the research group,and 64 cases were as the control group.The former applyed PPH,and the latter applyed milligan-morgan.We analyzed both of groups postoperative complications and treatment effect,such as time spending on preoperation and postoperation,feces with bloody. Results: The surgery,hospitalization and recovery time of the research group were shorter than those of the control group. The incidence of complications of the research group in postoperation were lower than that of the control group,such as feces with bloody.The incidence of showing the efficiency and effective rate of the research group in postoperation were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:PPH in the treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoid has significant effect and suits for clinical promotion.
