目的：观察胆肠吻合术治疗肝胆管结石患者的实际效果，探讨其应用价值。方法：2011年6月-2014年1月收治肝胆管结石患者50例，按随机数字表法将其分成试验组25例，对照组25例。试验组接受胆肠吻合术，对照组接受T管引流术，比较两组临床治疗效果。结果：与对照组相比，试验组肝胆管结石的治疗效果更佳，试验组临床治疗优良率92.0%、结石残留率0，与对照组的72.0%、12.0%相比，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：胆肠吻合术治疗肝胆管结石患者，效果满意，安全性高，值得临床应用、推广。

목적：관찰담장문합술치료간담관결석환자적실제효과，탐토기응용개치。방법：2011년6월-2014년1월수치간담관결석환자50례，안수궤수자표법장기분성시험조25례，대조조25례。시험조접수담장문합술，대조조접수T관인류술，비교량조림상치료효과。결과：여대조조상비，시험조간담관결석적치료효과경가，시험조림상치료우량솔92.0%、결석잔류솔0，여대조조적72.0%、12.0%상비，차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：담장문합술치료간담관결석환자，효과만의，안전성고，치득림상응용、추엄。
Objective:To observe the actual result of roux-en-y anastomosis in the treatment of hepatolithiasis,to explore the application value.Methods:50 cases with hepatolithiasis were selected from June 2011 to January 2014.According to the random number table method,they were randomly divided into the experimental group in 25 cases and the control group in 25 cases.The experimental group received roux-en-y anastomosis.The control group received T tube drainage.The clinical treatment effects of two groups were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the treatment effect of hepatolithiasis in the experimental group was better.The excellent and good rate of clinical treatment in the experimental group was 92.0%,and the calculi residual rate was 0%.Compared with 72% and 12% of the control group,there were significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Roux-en-y anastomosis in the treatment of patients with hepatolithiasis has satisfactory effect and high safety.It is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
