目的：观察食管引流型喉罩和气管插管在老年高血压患者腹腔镜胆囊切除术的应用情况。方法：2012年1月-2013年1月收治老年高血压患者80例，行择期腹腔镜胆囊摘除术，按随机数字表法分为两组，各40例。对照组予气管插管麻醉，观察组予食管引流型喉罩麻醉。比较两组不同时间段血液动力学指标变化情况及围手术指标情况。结果：观察组HR、DBP指标在插管/喉罩时、拔管/喉罩前、拔管/喉罩时均低于对照组，且SPB于插管/喉罩时低于对照组，差异具统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：食管引流型喉罩麻醉在老年高血压患者行腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的应用效果较气管插管甚佳。
목적：관찰식관인류형후조화기관삽관재노년고혈압환자복강경담낭절제술적응용정황。방법：2012년1월-2013년1월수치노년고혈압환자80례，행택기복강경담낭적제술，안수궤수자표법분위량조，각40례。대조조여기관삽관마취，관찰조여식관인류형후조마취。비교량조불동시간단혈액동역학지표변화정황급위수술지표정황。결과：관찰조HR、DBP지표재삽관/후조시、발관/후조전、발관/후조시균저우대조조，차SPB우삽관/후조시저우대조조，차이구통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：식관인류형후조마취재노년고혈압환자행복강경담낭절제술중적응용효과교기관삽관심가。
Objective:To observe the application situation of esophageal drainage type laryngeal mask and trachea cannula in laparoscopic cholecystectomy of elderly patients with hypertension.Methods:80 elderly patients with hypertension were selected from January 2012 to January 2013.They were treated with laparoscopic cholecystectomy electively.They were randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each.The control group were treated with tracheal intubation anesthesia.The observation group were treated with esophageal drainage type laryngeal mask anesthesia.The hemodynamic index changes in different times and perioperative indicators of patients of two groups were compared.Results:HR,DBP index in the intubation/laryngeal mask,before extubation/laryngeal mask,in extubation/laryngeal mask of the observation group were lower than those of the control group.SPB in the intubation/laryngeal mask was lower than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The esophageal drainage type laryngeal mask anesthesia in laparoscopic cholecystectomy of elderly patients with hypertension has better application effect than the trachea cannula.
