目的：探讨3种抗体联合检测诊断系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）的临床意义。方法选择2012年1月至2014年1月本院收治的SLE患者60例（SLE组），以同期于本院体检健康者60例作为对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附法检测抗双链DNA（dsDNA）抗体，采用免疫印迹法检测抗核小体抗体（AnuA）、抗Sm抗体，比较3种抗体单独检测及联合检测的诊断效能。结果 SLE组AnuA、抗Sm抗体、抗dsDNA抗体及3种抗体联合检测阳性率分别为93．3％、33．3％、46．7％、96．7％，均高于对照组检测结果（ P＜0．05）。3种抗体联合检测具有更高的S L E诊断效能。结论 AnuA、抗ds-DNA抗体、抗Sm抗体联合检测有助于避免SLE的漏诊，从而达到早期诊断、治疗的目的。
목적：탐토3충항체연합검측진단계통성홍반랑창（SLE）적림상의의。방법선택2012년1월지2014년1월본원수치적SLE환자60례（SLE조），이동기우본원체검건강자60례작위대조조。채용매련면역흡부법검측항쌍련DNA（dsDNA）항체，채용면역인적법검측항핵소체항체（AnuA）、항Sm항체，비교3충항체단독검측급연합검측적진단효능。결과 SLE조AnuA、항Sm항체、항dsDNA항체급3충항체연합검측양성솔분별위93．3％、33．3％、46．7％、96．7％，균고우대조조검측결과（ P＜0．05）。3충항체연합검측구유경고적S L E진단효능。결론 AnuA、항ds-DNA항체、항Sm항체연합검측유조우피면SLE적루진，종이체도조기진단、치료적목적。
Objective To explore the clinical significance of combined detection of autoantibodies in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) .Methods A total of 60 SLE patients ,treated in this hospital from Jan . 2012 to Jan .2014 ,were enrolled as SLE group ,and 60 healthy subjects were enrolled as control group .Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was performed to detect anti-double stranded DNA (dsDNA ) antibody ,and Western blot was used to detected ant-nucleosome antibody (AnuA) and anti-Sm antibody .Diagnostic performance of single and com-bined detection of antibodies was compared .Results Positive rates of anti-dsDNA antibody ,AnuA ,anti-Sm antibody and combined detection of the three antibodies were 93 .3% ,33 .3% ,46 .7% and 96 .7% in SLE group ,which were significantly higher than control group(P<0 .05) .Combined detection of the three antibodies were with higher diag-nostic performance .Conclusion Combined detection of AnuA ,anti-Sm antibody and anti-dsDNA antibody might be helpful to avoid missed diagnosis of SLE .
