目的:分析咸阳市手足口病病原体构成特征的变迁,为手足口病防控提供科学依据。方法对2012年咸阳市手足口病病例资料及咽拭子标本检测结果进行分析。结果共送检手足口病病例咽拭子标本549份,检出肠道病毒(EV )阳性标本126份,阳性检出率为22.95%,其中 EV71阳性77份(占61.11%)、柯萨奇病毒 A组(CoxA)16型(CoxA16)阳性10份(占7.94%)、CoxA10阳性9份(占7.14%)、其他未分型 EV 阳性30份(占23.81%),未检出CoxA6阳性标本。不同病情病例EV71阳性检出率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。发病高峰期及非高峰期送检标本阳性检出率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同试剂阳性检出率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论咸阳市2012年手足口病病原体以EV71型为主,首次检出CoxA10。重症病例EV71阳性检出率高于普通病例。在手足口病发病高峰期采样,可以提高EV阳性检出率。
目的:分析鹹暘市手足口病病原體構成特徵的變遷,為手足口病防控提供科學依據。方法對2012年鹹暘市手足口病病例資料及嚥拭子標本檢測結果進行分析。結果共送檢手足口病病例嚥拭子標本549份,檢齣腸道病毒(EV )暘性標本126份,暘性檢齣率為22.95%,其中 EV71暘性77份(佔61.11%)、柯薩奇病毒 A組(CoxA)16型(CoxA16)暘性10份(佔7.94%)、CoxA10暘性9份(佔7.14%)、其他未分型 EV 暘性30份(佔23.81%),未檢齣CoxA6暘性標本。不同病情病例EV71暘性檢齣率比較差異有統計學意義(P<0.05)。髮病高峰期及非高峰期送檢標本暘性檢齣率比較差異有統計學意義(P<0.05)。不同試劑暘性檢齣率比較差異無統計學意義(P>0.05)。結論鹹暘市2012年手足口病病原體以EV71型為主,首次檢齣CoxA10。重癥病例EV71暘性檢齣率高于普通病例。在手足口病髮病高峰期採樣,可以提高EV暘性檢齣率。
목적:분석함양시수족구병병원체구성특정적변천,위수족구병방공제공과학의거。방법대2012년함양시수족구병병례자료급인식자표본검측결과진행분석。결과공송검수족구병병례인식자표본549빈,검출장도병독(EV )양성표본126빈,양성검출솔위22.95%,기중 EV71양성77빈(점61.11%)、가살기병독 A조(CoxA)16형(CoxA16)양성10빈(점7.94%)、CoxA10양성9빈(점7.14%)、기타미분형 EV 양성30빈(점23.81%),미검출CoxA6양성표본。불동병정병례EV71양성검출솔비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。발병고봉기급비고봉기송검표본양성검출솔비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。불동시제양성검출솔비교차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론함양시2012년수족구병병원체이EV71형위주,수차검출CoxA10。중증병례EV71양성검출솔고우보통병례。재수족구병발병고봉기채양,가이제고EV양성검출솔。
Objective To analyze the etiologic characteristics of hand-foot-mouth (HFMD ) in 2012 of Xian-yang .Methods Data of cases with HFMD and detection results of throat swab specimens in 2012 of Xianyang were analyzed .Results In 549 throat swab specimens underwent detection ,126(22 .95% ) cases were enterovirus (EV) positive ,and the positive rate of EV71 ,Coxsackie virus A group (CoxA) 16 type (CoxA16) ,CoxA10 and the other EV were 61 .11% ,7 .94% ,7 .14% and 23 .81% ,and CoxA6 was not found .In cases with different condition of dis-ease ,the positive rates of EV71 were statistically different (P<0 .05) .The positive rates of samples detected in dif-ferent seasons were significantly different (P<0 .05) .The positive rates of different reagents were not significantly different (P>0 .05) .Conclusion The main pathogen causing HFMD in Xianyang could be EV71 ,and CoxA10 was found for the first time in 2012 .The detection rate of EV17 in severe cases might be higher than normal cases .Detec-tion in the peak season of HFMD could increase the positive rate .
